Hong Kong luxury serviced apartment group CHI Residences is discounting rates by 20 per cent in a summer promotion which starts today.

Until August 31, monthly rentals start from HK$11,000 at 393 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei.

Starting rates at newly opened, art deco-inspired ‘CHI Residences 314’ at 314 Nathan Road, Jordon are reduced from HK$18,000 to HK$14,400 for the summer months.

At 279 Shanghai Street in the up-and-coming area of West Kowloon, rents start from HK$16,000, down from HK$18,000. Daily rates are also available and now range from HK$900 to HK$1000, including tax.

Rates at CHI’s flagship luxury residences of 1,050 sq ft on Hong Kong Island, at 120 Connaught Road West, start from HK$28,000, reduced from HK$35,000.
