Responsible for identifying new serviced apartment opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, with focus on the Macau and Greater China, Mr. Carstairs is a graduate of San Diego Golf Academy with a Degree in Club Management & Hospatality. He formed the group in late 2009 bringing a wealth of hospitality experience specializing in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning gained in both the hotel, Leisure, Resort and Club management industries.

Mr Victor Hernandez - Partner

Responsible for identifying new serviced apartment opportunities in the Macau region, with focus on building the business both in the serviced apartments, lettings and sales department. Mr. Hernandez is a graduate of North Western Michigan College and is currently a commercial pilot in Macau. He is one of the founding partner of The Private Residnece Group.
